I am a Central Valley native, born and raised in Clovis. With more than 3 decades of Real Estate Lending experience, I enjoy working with every type of borrower. I spent a fair amount of my career in Southern California. Given the fierce competitive market there, my success demanded I set myself apart from the competition. In doing that, I cultivated a sales strategy that would add value to both my Realtor partners, as well my homebuyers. As a legacy Real Estate agent in the early 90’s, I learned how to navigate even the most challenging of markets. The Central Valley envelopes a wide range of demographic thus constantly challenging my professional knowledge. While money is still very affordable today, I take a consultative approach to the home loan process. I make an effort to compile a financial overview for every borrower ensuring I have explained to them what their most viable options are for home loans. Creating a client relationship is vital to a successful transaction, as buying a home is one of, if not, the largest financial investments an individual will make. I have been blessed with great leaders throughout my professional career, all of which have played a pivotal role in my success. I have been blessed to work with great leaders who have inspired, supported, and pushed me relentlessly to grow. Personally, I am most grateful for my family! My parents that always supported me and allowed me to drive my strengths and dreams; my husband who is such a brilliant achiever, leader and pushes me to be my best personally, spiritually and professionally; and my two beautiful daughters that adore and support me unconditionally!
