Nikki Purple

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nikki Purple is a proud native who brings deep local knowledge and more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, real estate, and sales to every client and partner she serves.

Since graduating from Southern Nevada Vocational Technical School with a focus in Business Management, Nikki has built an impressive career as a Loan Originator, Branch Manager, and Business Development Manager. She has worked closely with many of the nation’s largest homebuilders — including Toll Brothers, DR Horton, Shea Homes, KB Home, Lennar, and Centex Homes (now Pulte Homes) — as well as top-performing real estate teams throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Nikki’s leadership and results are exceptional. As Branch Sales Manager for a division of Centex Homes, she was ranked #1 in both sales and company profitability for nine consecutive years. In that role, she managed a team of 13 Loan Officers and cultivated relationships with more than 40 sales agents. She was later recruited to launch and lead Shea Mortgage’s Las Vegas division as Branch Manager, and subsequently directed Business Development for TBI Mortgage, the mortgage division of Toll Brothers.

Known for her ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity, Nikki is a driven and results-oriented professional. With an extensive network of over 3,000 contacts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, combined with a robust industry database, she excels at creating valuable connections and opportunities for her clients and partners.

Deeply involved in the Las Vegas community, Nikki actively participates in local organizations and events. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years — cooking, attending sporting events, traveling, and experiencing live music.

Nikki is passionate about helping clients and business partners achieve their goals and takes great pride in the lasting relationships she has built throughout her career in the Las Vegas Valley.
