About

Diana

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Diana Childres brings both expertise and heart to every client she serves. As a Sales Manager with Change Home Mortgage, Diana has built her business almost entirely through referrals—a reflection of the trust and satisfaction she’s earned from past clients and real estate partners alike.

Known for her patience and understanding, Diana guides first-time homebuyers through every step of the process with care, while also providing seasoned guidance for experienced homeowners, investors, and refinancers.

Beyond lending, Diana is deeply involved in the local real estate community through the Tulare County Association of Realtors, where she has chaired numerous charitable events and supported initiatives that give back to the community. Her dedication and professionalism have earned her multiple honors, including TCAOR Affiliate of the Year (2019) and TCAOR Presidential Awards (2022 & 2024), along with numerous company recognitions throughout her career.

Outside of work, my husband David and I enjoy a full and joyful life. We have two adult children with families of their own, two college students, and one in high school—and we’re proud grandparents to three amazing grandchildren. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same sense of care and connection to every client I serve.

“Helping families achieve homeownership isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion.”
